Where is my Order?

First things first. Did you successfully checkout? You should have received an order confirmation email from us upon successful checkout. If you did not - there is a good chance you never completed your order OR you mis keyed your email address when checking out. If you did receive a confirmation email successfully consider the following before contacting us:

  1. Have you given us enough time to process and ship your order? Our goal is to process and ship your order within one business day. If you placed your order on a Friday, you will not receive shipping confirmation until the following Monday.
  2. Does your order require customization? If you customized your Board please allow 5-7 business days to complete your order as the board is built from scratch.
  3. Did our email get sent to your spam folder?
