Why did my order fail to process?
- Your credit card credentials had an error IE card number mistyped, wrong expiration date, etc.
- Your bill to address did not match what your credit card company has on file
- Your credit card is past its credit limit
Where is my order? I never received a tracking number?
- Your tracking email may have been filtered to your "spam folder" check their or search USPS for our email
- Log back into our website and click your name in the upper right hand corner - your order history and tracking number will be displayed here. Go to www.usps.com and enter your tracking number on the home page in "Track" dialog box.
- Buyer is responsible for freight expenses (inbound and outbound) on any returned items

- It typically takes up to 7 business days after the order has been placed until we can finish the board and ship it to you.
