Warranty Option

Origin Distribution offers the following warranty: Our boards are warranted for 90 days for manufacturing defects. If you have any issues with any of our products please contact us and we will be as helpful and understanding as possible. We do not warranty any impact related damage, improper storage, or general wear and tear.

International Shipping: Origin Distribution is not liable or accountable for customs or tax charges incurred from your country. Please check your regions import duty before ordering. If you are an international customer and are approved for a warranty exchange we retain the right to replace the item with similar or equal value product. Freight costs to international address' are high, international warranty claims will be fulfilled by our closest distributor or dealer. 

Use and Warranty Details

Heat: Excessive heat and direct sunlight can cause your board to warp and even delaminate. NEVER store your board in your car or trunk or in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Always store your board flat on the ground and in a dry place. If you live in a place most would consider "HOT" take extra precaution to keep your board cool.

Dings / Damage / Maintenance: If you ding or damage your board make sure to repair it immediately with epoxy resin. Sand/abrasive surfaces will deteriorate your base and the coatings on your board over time, this is normal. Re-seal your board at least once a season with a water proof lacquer or epoxy resin.

General wear/tear: Boards have a tough life; abrasion will destroy your board over time, heat will bake the moisture out of the wood and repeated flexing will test your rocker or concave over time. Your board will not last forever. The more you ride, the sooner you will need a new board. The harder you ride, the sooner you will need a new board. Be good to your board and it will be good to you. What type of defects are covered?

  • Wood Delamination: If the plies of your board begin to separate this is considered a manufacturing defect. If you purchased your board in the last 90 days and experience a delamination please contact us. If the delamination occurs as a result of an impact or improper use it is not covered by our warranty.

What is not covered under warranty?

  • Impacts from use
  • General wear and tear (HPL wear, coating wear, etc.)
  • Accidents or theft

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Fill out the form below in it's entirety. You should receive an email back from us within 48 hrs. 

If you do not have your original receipt please provide where you purchased the product and the approximate date.
